Don’t miss out on our exciting signature events and themed weekends at Grey’s Point Camp! Check out some of the fun activities we have coming up.

APRIL

1st – 3rd: Welcome Back

Welcome back everyone for a new exciting season at Grey’s Point Camp! Calling all musicians! Let’s kick things off with opportunities to sing and play! Check out Open Mic Night & Karaoke. We are looking forward to getting to know you!

8th – 10th: All About Sports

Who will be the most valuable player of the weekend and walk away with a prize? May the competitions begin! From Esport tournaments for teens and lawn games to pick-up team sports. We have many different sporting events to compete in!

15th – 17th: Easter

Let’s hop into this weekend filled with an Easter egg hunt and a special visit from the Easter Bunny! We’ll raise your egg-spectations with egg themed activities like egg dying, egg games, and even egg engineering throughout the weekend.

22nd – 24th: Science Fiction

Put on your best alien costume or star fleet uniform! It’s time to travel through time, fly amongst the stars and celebrate all things weird! This action-packed weekend will feature science fiction based trivia, an out-of-this-world dance party and a launch your own rocket activity!

29th – May 1st: Mardi Gras

We couldn’t celebrate Mardi Gras together in February, so we’ll do our version in April. We’ll create masks and hats to wear. Enjoy the blues as we parade down Bourbon Street collecting beads in decorated golf carts! Prizes go out to best decorated cart and the person with the most beads!

MAY

6th – 8th: Mother’s Day

Our mothers do so much for us, time to give back to them! Serve your mom brunch on Saturday morning and hand her a carnation to show how much you love her. Kids join us for craft classes and make something special for mom or find her a hidden treasure at the yard sale!

13th – 15th: Renaissance Festival

“The fool doth think he is wise, but the wise man knows himself to be a fool.” – Shakespeare! We’ll find out who are the fools and who are the wise during renaissance weekend If you’re a knight, test your skills in combat! We’ll also do a clergy test for your knowledge or a jester test for your comedic skills!

20th – 22nd: Wine Away

New in 2022, Wine Away weekend! We have several local wineries doing tastings in our own commemorative glass. We’ll also have crafts, classes and treats! (Featuring: Waypoint Duo, and Something Different)

27th – 29th: Memorial Day Tailgate

Summer is officially here to stay! Join us for a weekend packed full of amazing lawn games, craft activites, a Memorial Day parade, and music! Visit the craft show as it rolls into town for the first time of the season. (Featuring: Southern Rain Band – Friday, Mashup & Cozy Condition – Saturday, Chase Payne – Sunday )

JUNE

3rd – 5th: Caribbean Breeze

Warm breezes, steel drums, reggae music, limbo, and tropical drinks are the highlight of Caribbean Breeze weekend! Join us at the tiki hut themed gazebo for our juice bar. We’ll be creating fruity concoctions to enjoy during the festivities!

10th – 12th: Live on the Rivah

Join us for our third annual music festival! Live music starting Friday night, continuing all day and night Saturday, down by the rivah! Come celebrate rivah life as it’s meant to be with vendors, food trucks, great music, and more! (Featuring: Honky Tonk Heros – Friday, Fine Swiss Cheese, Joe Heilman, and Riptide – Saturday)

17th – 19th: – Father’s Day

This is BIG! Dad, grab a partner and head over to the activities field to play in a big corn hole tournament! Winners take all and no admission fees required! The rest of the weekend features games using using the same bean bags from corn hole in a new way, including crafts and music for dad!

24th – 26th: Pirate

The time for our famous cardboard boat regatta is here! What will you build this year, a sailboat, a pirate ship, or a submarine? The possibilites are endless! We have activities all weekend guaranteed to get you saying “Argh, Matey”!

JULY

1st – 3rd : Independence Day, 4th of July

Happy birthday United States of America! Celebrate our nation’s history with an annual parade, live music, craft show, and much more! (Featuring: Danny Kensey – Friday, Right Turn Clyde – Saturday and , Blacktop Revival – Sunday)

8th – 10th: Pig Pickin’

We give thanks to the brave men and women of our local Hartfield Fire Department with their annual Pig Pickin’ Cookout! Come show your support and dine on some delicious dinner!

15th – 17th: Sin City

Grey’s Point Camp transforms into Sin City! Experience a rat pack review, test your luck at the poker tables, and kids get ready to throw over-sized dice! Remember, what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!

22nd – 24th: Christmas in July

There will be no snow on this Christmas day, but that won’t stop us from being festive! Join us for site decorating contests, gingerbread houses, ornament making, and more!

29th – 31st: Wet and Wild

Fire up the super soakers and get those buckets of water ready, it’s wet and wild weekend! Dunk the staff at the dunk tank, partake in our slip and slide and bombard your way through our water balloon activities!

AUGUST

5th – 7th : Roaring 20s

Put on your flapper outfit, your suspenders, a hat, and Tommy gun – not really! Join us for our Roaring 20’s themed weekend. Tons of activities to celebrate the era of speakeasys and running shine! We’re including crafts and music!

12th – 14th: Woodstock 69’ Remember

What’s the first thing you think of when we say Woodstock…hippies! We celebrate free love and peace with crafts and music. Turn your golf cart into a hippy time machine or magic bus with windown paint and homemade decorations. Best decorated cart brings home the prize!

19th – 21st: One Sweet Weekend

Will you be bold enough to take on our chocolate syrup slip and slide? How about our minute to win it games that will leave you covered in your dessert? Come check out these activities including candy games, sweet crafts, and more on this “sweet” weekend.

26th – 28th: Wild West

Which mouthwatering recipe will take home the number one trophy in the bald-y-cue BBQ cook off! As the event gets closer, check our Facebook for the BBQ cook off rules and prizes. Don’t miss the rest of the wild west themed activities, games, and music.

SEPTEMBER

2nd – 5th: Labor Day Tailgate

The hotter temperatures are coming to an end as fall peaks its head around the corner. Head over to Grey’s Point to celebrate the achievements of hard-working Americans everywhere. Join us for a weekend packed full of amazing lawn activities, crafts, and music. (Featuring: Mullins Sisters – Friday, Blackout Band – Saturday and , Cobalt Whiskey – Sunday)

9th – 11th: Back to the 80s

Put on your parachute pants and your member only jackets to tear it up with live music with the Deloreans on Saturday. Best costume takes home a prize. The 80’s come back to life all weekend with tons of themed activities.

16th – 18th: Detective Weekend

Calling all little detectives, and big detectives too! Helps us find clues and solve riddles to win prizes in detective themed activities all weekend!

23rd – 25th: Annual Greys Point Camper Appreciation

Join us at the marina for a DJ dance party with a slideshow recapping the best memories of the season. Don’t miss the award ceremony where we recognize the summer’s best in crafts, music and campers!

OCTOBER

September 30th – October 2nd: Cornhole and Chili Brew

The ultimate cornhole tournament and chili cook off! Bring your best chili recipe and throwing arm!

7th – 9th: Giving Back

We have a lot to be thankful for so let’s give back! We have so many great causes to contribute to, and so many ways to do it. Silent auctions, raffles and food drives. Let’s put on our pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month and help the Shriners to raise money for children’s hospitals!

14th – 15th: Timid Terrors

Our level one weekend is planned with our youngest in mind! Join us for trick-or-treating, grow your own pumpkin, Halloween crafts and spooky music throughout the weekend.

21st – 23rd: Fearsome Frights

Will you have the guts to enter our haunted trail? Be cautious, you may not be able to find your way out. We will also have site decorating, pumpkin carving, costume contests, and once again spooky music.

28th – 30th: Sinister Scenes

Many will enter our haunted trail but not all will leave in one piece. Our scariest weekend yet with a horror movie in the dark and our scariest haunted house! Will you survive, or will you be taken by the things that go bump in the night?

NOVEMBER

4th – 6th: Oyster Fest

Food, bands, parade, art, vendors, wine and beer gardens with children’s activities to enjoy. Visitors from across the country come to experience Urbanna’s coastal charm while celebrating the Chesapeake Bay bivalve.

11th – 13th: Happy Trails

All things must come to an end and we will end on a bang! Grudge games are here! One last chance to beat your neighbor at your favorite games, one last weekend of fun. Happy Trails folks!
