Additionally, an existing washer/dryer hookup is available for your convenience. Attached is a fully furnished 12×30 screened in room with sliders. A spacious living area containing a mini split AC/heat unit with a queen size sleep sofa futon and bar. Both areas are equipped with 3 televisions wired for satellite. Next step out onto your 16 x 18 freshly painted deck featuring a beautiful 10 x 10 A frame gazebo with faux stone columns, ceiling fan and attached roll down sun screens. Underneath you will find an outdoor patio set with fire table. Take three steps down to your lovely 15 x 25 patio complete with your second set of outdoor furniture and fire table. Relax under your large shade umbrella with solar lighting set for the evening social time. Let’s not forget about your outdoor cooking area and dedicated food prep station outfitted with a Weber gas grill, separate flat top griddle and a large Green Egg smoker. Also included is a high-top, high quality outdoor poly wood table with 2 chairs along with your matching 8 x 8 shed to store all of your extras. Most all indoor/outdoor furnishings and decor convey.
