| 2008 CAMPING RATES & GENERAL INFORMATION All sites based on one family of four, (2 adults, 2 children), full hook-up. April 1 - May 14 and September 15 - November 15 Daily $39.95* . Weekly $239.70 . Monthly $838.95 *Oyster Festival Weekend, Nov. 6-8 (including Thursday) $62.95 two night minimum stay. May 15 - September 14 Daily $54.95* . Weekly $329.70 . Monthly $1153.95 *Premium Weekends are an additional $8.00 per night. Premium Weekends both Resorts; May 23-25, June 27-July 5, August 29-31. Additionally, August 8-9 at Grey's Point, August 15-16 at Bethpage. Minimum stays required. Seasonal Rates available upon request. All rates plus tax. $4.00 per additional person (4 years and older) at time of check-in. ALL SITES ARE FULL HOOK-UPS WITH 50 AMP SERVICE. NEW SUPER SITES $10 additional per night Check-In 2 p.m. is check-in, 12 noon is checkout. Expect additional charges for early arrival or late departure. Please make arrangements with the office. New Express Check-In All premium weekends are Express Check-In ONLY. The express check-in is your fast lane to fun. When you arrive at the Resort you will be taken directly to your campsite. A DEPOSIT OF THE MINIMUM STAY IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF RESERVATION FOR ALL PREMIUM WEEKENDS. Reservations Advance reservations are suggested. A reservation guarantees a site, but not a specific site. We will do our best to accommodate site requests when possible. Three-night minimum on premium weekends. Two-night minimum Oyster Festival weekend. We require a deposit equal to one night’s camping to reserve a site (expect for premium weekends). No reservations will be held without a deposit. Cancellation Policy Cancellations require a 14-day notice prior to reserved date of arrival. Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $10 administrative fee. Cancellation received less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit. Additional Charges Boat Launch (non-campers) $10.00, RV or Boat Storage $15.00 per week, $45.00 per month. RV left on site (not hooked up) $10.00 per day, RV left on site with utilities $16.00 per day. Sewage Dumping Service (non-campers) $15.00. Pets Pets are welcome! Owners must keep their pets under control at all times, and pick up after them. Golf Carts A limited number of Golf Cart Rentals are available on a first- come, first- serve basis for $44.95 per 24 hours. Golf carts can only be rented to licensed adult drivers, 18 years of age or older. Anyone operating a golf cart must at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver license. Golf carts cannot be reserved in advance. Other restrictions apply. Private Golf Cart Fee & Policy Guests who bring golf carts onto the campground must provide proof of current $100,000 golf cart liability insurance, and pay the daily fee of $15.00. Guests and Visitors All guests, additional family members and friends are requested to register at the guardhouse or office upon arrival. A visitor is anyone who is not registered with the original party. All fees are payable upon registration. We allow a maximum of eight persons and two cars per campsite including visitors. We reserve the right to limit the number of persons occupying and / or visiting a site. The visitor fee is $6.00 per person (4 years and older) per day. Tent and Vans We are sorry, our permit does not allow us to accept ground tents or vans without water and electrical hook-ups. |
